These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tkabet ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the tkabet website at https://tkabet.club. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on tkabet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

tkabet operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. The platform offers live casino games, sports betting including cricket markets, slot games, exclusive titles, and bingo — all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Access to the platform and its services is subject to the terms set out in this document as well as any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and privacy policies published on the site.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Amendments to These Terms

tkabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Access to and use of tkabet is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tkabet does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order that applies to you personally.

• You have not previously had a tkabet account closed for reasons of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other violation of platform policy.

Age Verification

tkabet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The platform may, at any time and entirely at its own discretion, request documentary evidence of your age and identity. This may include a national identification card, passport, or other government-issued document that clearly establishes your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any winnings accrued during a period in which age verification was pending or failed may be voided.

To access the full range of services offered by tkabet — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one tkabet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment accounts, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where tkabet identifies that a player holds more than one account, the platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. tkabet strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform, and that you enable any additional security features offered during registration. You must notify tkabet immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. tkabet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

In order to process withdrawals and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, tkabet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal can be approved:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
• Proof of residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Deposits Must Be From Your Own Account

All deposits to tkabet must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined, and any funds received from an unverified source may be held pending investigation. tkabet reserves the right to request evidence that the depositing account belongs to the registered player.

tkabet offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering).
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• tkabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.

Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus balances, the voiding of any related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

By using tkabet, you agree to act in good faith and to comply with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkabet platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Attempting to access the platform or any account that does not belong to you.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players for the purpose of defrauding the platform.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, miscalculation of odds, or software bug to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation.
• Transferring your account, your account credentials, or any funds within your account to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tkabet staff or other players.

tkabet employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, tkabet reserves the right to suspend account access immediately, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

tkabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• A request from a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the player under the responsible gaming programme.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are held for a further 12 months before being forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their tkabet account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal obligations and KYC checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkabet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

tkabet shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or loss of access to account funds resulting from circumstances beyond tkabet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruption, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account that was not caused by tkabet's negligence.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies that affect the settlement of bets, including match cancellations, result revisions, or disciplinary sanctions.

Service Availability

tkabet aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. tkabet will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable. No compensation will be payable for periods of unavailability that are outside tkabet's reasonable control.
